Can I track my order?

Yes, please go to Track Your Order page.

Please enter your Order ID and Billing Email address and click “Track” to track your order.

For most of our items, you will also receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please enter the tracking number into the shipping companies website to get an up to date picture of where your parcel is.

Do I need to register my details to place an order?

No, you do not need to register your details to place an order.

Do you accept returns and or exchanges?

Yes, refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

What if an item is not in stock?

We will endeavour to notify you of the delay as soon as we can. The out of stock item will be placed on back order and once available it will be shipped to you. If the item becomes unavailable we will offer you a full refund of the purchase price of the item

What if I have made an error on my order?

If you find you have made an error with your order after you have submitted it please contact us.

We will endeavour to rectify this for you however we cannot guarantee we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions.

Please note that we do not give refunds on orders made in error, you will be issued with a store credit.

What is a Super King bed?

A Super King bed is the next size up from a King bed and is larger in width length and depth.

Measurements are as follows:

Width 204 cm
Length 204 cm
Depth 30 / 40 / 50 cm

What is covered under warranty?

We warrant that all items are inspected prior to delivery however if you advise us that a product is faulty, you may return the item to us within 7 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging for our inspection.

We will negotiate with the supplier on your behalf in relation to replacing the faulty item once inspected by us.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal (via your debit or credit card) as a safety and protective measure to you. This payment method is user friendly and very secure.

You can still pay with your credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Simply click on “PayPal” as your payment method then click on “Pay with credit or debit card” and enter your credit or debit card details.

What sizes do you offer?

If you love one of our products and would like it in another size please contact us and we will do our best to source this product for you.

When will my product be shipped?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive your payment via Australia Post.

We aim to deliver your parcel to you within 5 days to a metropolitan area and within 10 days for regional areas.

Please note that we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates as this is beyond our control.

Will I need to sign for the parcel on delivery?

On delivery of the parcel you may be required to sign for it.

If you do not accept delivery or arrange for collection from the carrier within the required time, the carrier will return the parcel to us resulting in additional shipping charges to you should you require the parcel to be resent.
